The Role
Manager Business Facilitation Centre overseeing the daily operations of the Business Facilitation Center (BFC) and leading the BFC team at the Board of Investment.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Business Facilitation Center • Lead and manage the BFC team, ensuring efficient performance and professional development • Develop and implement strategies to improve the services provided by the BFC • Provide comprehensive support and advisory services to businesses, including registration, licensing and compliance • Ensure complaint redressal at the center • Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies and other relevant stakeholders to streamline business applications • Represent the BFC in meetings, conferences and other forums to promote its services and initiatives • Implement government policies and directives related to business facilitation and development • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and standards in the operations of the BFC • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information and assistance • Address and resolve complaints and issues faced by businesses promptly • Maintain accurate records of business interactions and transactions • Any other tasks assigned by the Competent Authority

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Human Resource Management
- Masters: Business Administration
- MS / MPhil: Finance
• 1 year of experience
Leadership, Business Facilitation, Complaint Redressal, Stakeholder Liaison
• Test city: Islamabad
