DASHBOARD Pakistan reserves the right to revise, amend, update, modify, replace, or remove any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
a. Opportunity Information and Requirements
DASHBOARD Pakistan provides information on jobs, admissions, scholarships, internships, fellowships, tenders, grants, training programmes, competitions, and other opportunities based on publicly available advertisements, notices, websites, social media platforms, newspapers, official publications, and other information sources. Users are solely responsible for carefully reviewing and understanding all eligibility criteria, requirements, terms, conditions, instructions, application procedures, supporting documentation requirements, and other details specified by the respective employer, institution, organization, or opportunity provider.
b. Suitability and Eligibility
Applicants should apply only for opportunities for which they reasonably meet the required qualifications, experience, skills, certifications, age limits, eligibility conditions, and other stated requirements. DASHBOARD Pakistan does not assess, verify, determine, endorse, or guarantee the suitability of any applicant for any opportunity. Users are encouraged to carefully evaluate their eligibility and suitability before submitting an application.
c. Verification of Information
Users are responsible for independently verifying all information related to an opportunity, including but not limited to eligibility criteria, qualifications, experience requirements, application procedures, application links, contact information, fee requirements, deadlines, locations, quotas, test schedules, interview dates, application status, and any other relevant details from official sources before applying or taking any action.
d. Application Deadlines
Applicants must independently verify application deadlines from the official advertisement, notification, employer's official website, or other official source before submitting an application. Deadlines mentioned on DASHBOARD Pakistan websites, social media pages, WhatsApp channels, newsletters, emails, or any other communication channel may differ from actual deadlines due to revisions, extensions, corrections, updates, cancellations, withdrawals, or delays by the employer or source organization. DASHBOARD Pakistan shall not be responsible for any missed opportunity resulting from inaccurate, changed, expired, extended, cancelled, or withdrawn deadlines.
e. Duplicate and Repeated Postings
Opportunities may occasionally be posted more than once, re-advertised, extended, updated, corrected, or shared through multiple DASHBOARD Pakistan platforms and communication channels. 3. DISCLAIMER
a. Platform Role
DASHBOARD Pakistan serves solely as an information-sharing and opportunity dissemination through DASHBOARD Pakistan and does not act as an employer, recruiter, employment agency, admissions authority, scholarship provider, consultant, placement agency, testing service, or representative of any organization whose opportunities are posted on the DASHBAORD Pakistan.
DASHBOARD Pakistan does not recruit, employ, hire, shortlist, assess, interview, select, admit, nominate, award, appoint, recommend, endorse, or guarantee any candidate, applicant, institution, employer, or opportunity. All decisions relating to applications, assessments, interviews, admissions, awards, appointments, employment, scholarships, grants, fellowships, or any other opportunity remain solely with the respective organization.
b. Verification of Opportunities
DASHBOARD Pakistan does not conduct detailed verification of job advertisements, scholarship announcements, admissions notices, tenders, grants, fellowships, internships, employers, recruiters, institutions, consultants, opportunity providers, or information circulated through third-party sources. DASHBOARD Pakistan makes no representation or warranty regarding the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, legitimacy, reliability, availability, suitability, legality, validity, or current status of any opportunity posted on the DASHBOARD Pakistan.
c. Scams and Fraudulent Activities
Users are advised to remain vigilant against fraudulent schemes, scams, phishing attempts, fake recruitment campaigns, impersonation, identity theft, fraudulent payment requests, misleading advertisements, and other deceptive practices. DASHBOARD Pakistan does not endorse or guarantee any employer, recruiter, consultant, institution, advertiser, or third party. For employers and organizations using information available through DASHBOARD Pakistan, the Platform does not verify, endorse, guarantee, or certify the qualifications, experience, credentials, identity, suitability, authenticity, integrity, conduct, competence, or legitimacy of any applicant or candidate. Employers remain solely responsible for conducting their own screening, verification, reference checks, background checks, interviews, testing, and recruitment processes.
f. No Guarantee of Employer Legitimacy
DASHBOARD Pakistan does not verify or guarantee the legitimacy, credibility, financial standing, legal status, operational status, reputation, conduct, business practices, compliance status, or reliability of any employer, recruiter, institution, consultant, advertiser, organization, or opportunity provider. Users are responsible for conducting independent verification before applying, accepting offers, attending interviews, sharing information, or making payments.
g. Completeness of Opportunities
DASHBOARD Pakistan does not claim to provide a complete, comprehensive, exhaustive, or exclusive list of all available opportunities. Employers and opportunity providers are solely responsible for publishing, maintaining, updating, correcting, extending, withdrawing, or otherwise managing their own advertisements and official communications. DASHBOARD Pakistan assumes no responsibility for monitoring, updating, correcting, or reflecting changes made by employers after an opportunity has been published, shared, or circulated through the Platform.
l. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Currency of Opportunities
DASHBOARD Pakistan does not warrant or guarantee that opportunities appearing on DASHBOARD Pakistan reflect the most recent or current version of an advertisement published by an employer or organization. Both applicants and employers are responsible for independently verifying all information through official sources before relying upon, acting upon, or making decisions based on information available through DASHBOARD Pakistan.
m. Right to Remove or Modify Information
DASHBOARD Pakistan reserves the right, but not the obligation, to edit, update, correct, remove, suspend, discontinue, refuse publication of, or otherwise modify any information, communication, opportunity, advertisement, posting, or content available on the DASHBOARD Pakistan at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.

Any application submitted by a user is made directly to the respective organization and remains subject solely to that organization's policies, procedures, requirements, and decisions.
q. Changes to Terms and Disclaimer
DASHBOARD Pakistan reserves the right to modify, revise, update, replace, remove, supplement, or amend any part of these Terms and Disclaimers at any time without prior notice. Continued access to or use of the DASHBOARD Pakistan constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.
4. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, subscribing to, following, interacting with, or using any website, social media page, social media account, WhatsApp channel, Telegram channel, email service, newsletter, mobile application, or other communication platform operated by DASHBOARD Pakistan, users, applicants, employers, institutions, recruiters, consultants, advertisers, opportunity providers, and other stakeholders acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Disclaimers and accept full responsibility for their use of the DASHBOARD Pakistan and any actions taken based on information obtained through DASHBOARD Pakistan.
