The Role

Quality Assurance Officer/ Executive in the Quality & Patient Safety department at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, Peshawar.

• Conduct open and close medical charts audit • Conduct internal and external (third-party) audits • Conduct and supervise periodic reviews of departmental quality systems to ensure round the clock compliance to applicable standards • Conduct awareness sessions on quality improvement standards, customer complaint handling, internal quality audits and other areas as required • Assist in organizational QA initiatives to meet international quality standards by drafting and developing institutional policies and auditing performance improvement of hospital departments • Develop, gather data, analyze, evaluate and report on clinical indicators to the HODs of clinical departments on a regular basis
