The Role
TCF is seeking a Deputy Manager- Instructional Design to lead the design of content for training teachers and principals, delivered through in-person, online and hybrid formats.
• Research good practices for classroom teaching and school leadership to ensure content is accurate, evidence-based and aligned with TCF context • Create clear and impactful scripts for video-based training for teachers and principals • Work with subject matter experts to align scripts with educational objectives and curriculum goals • Use storytelling and realistic scenarios to boost teacher engagement and concept retention • Collaborate with video production teams to turn scripts into high-quality training videos • Gather feedback from teachers, principals, trainers and stakeholders and revise scripts • Maintain a work plan and a repository of scripts, drafts and finalized materials • Ensure scripts adhere to organizational guidelines, educational standards and cultural sensitivity • Track trends in teacher training, video learning, instructional design and AI in education

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years)
• 4-5 years of experience, including classroom teaching and instructional design for online learning experiences and asynchronous courses
Communication, E-learning Platforms, Instructional Design, MS Office, Script Writing
