The Role
The Assistant Warden supports the management of Aghosh Alkhidmat Kohat, an orphan care home, ensuring the care, discipline, safety and well-being of resident children.
• Support the Warden/ Administrator in the smooth management and supervision of Aghosh Home • Ensure holistic care, discipline, safety, and emotional well-being of all resident childrens • Supervise childrens daily routines and ensure proper implementation of the approved timetable • Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders • Monitor student behavior, ensure cleanliness and inventory control, and implement organizational policies effectively
