The Role
A 12-month office-based consultancy with travel in Peshawar under UNICEF's Learning and Skills programme, ensuring robust financial management, internal control, risk mitigation and institutional integrity across the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Elementary and Secondary Education Department, serving as a key resource for the Secretary, E&SED.
• Ensure robust financial management, internal control, risk mitigation and institutional integrity across the Elementary and Secondary Education Department (E&SED) in coordination with UNICEF KP office • Serve as a key resource for the Secretary, E&SED, in promoting transparency and accountability

5+ years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in public finance, risk assessment or audit Preferred: Proven track record in anti-corruption or governance reform; experience working in or with government institutions; prior work with UN systems and donor-funded programs
