The Role
The Procurement Officer/ Specialist conducts all procurement activities as per PPRA Rules and PSDP procedures.
• Conduct all procurement activities as per PPRA Rules and PSDP procedures • Prepare tender documents, bid evaluations, and purchase orders • Maintain vendor databases and ensure transparency in procurement processes • Coordinate with the Finance and Admin sections for timely payments and approvals • Ensure compliance with financial and audit requirements in procurement matters • Monitor supply and delivery schedules to ensure timely provision of goods/ services • Prepare procurement status reports

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance
- Masters: Business Administration
• Minimum of 3-5 years in public procurement Preferred: • At least 2 years of experience working with AGPR on public funds
Public Procurement, PPRA Rules, Tender Preparation, Bid Evaluation, Vendor Management
• Certifications in procurement (preferred)
National Telecommunication and Information Security Board (NTISB)
