Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL) is a State-Owned Enterprise established under the SOE act 2023 & incorporated with SECP as unlisted public company wholly owned by GOP, operating under the administrative control of the Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan. As part of strategic institutional reform initiative by Federal Government, National Construction Limited (NCL) and Pakistan Environmental Planning & Architectural Consultants Limited (PEPAC) have been amalgamated into PIDCL. Now PIDCL is fully positioned to plan, design, & execute large-scale public-sector infrastructure & urban development projects across the country.
