Thus began the story of VITAL Pakistan Trust (VPT). Now, eleven years later, VPT has expanded its operations to seventy-eight locations, steadfast in its mission to provide free maternal, neonatal, and child healthcare (MNCH) services. To date, the organisation transformed the lives of 87,386 women ensuring that 324,214 children received life-saving immunisations. Over the past decade, VPT has played a pivotal role in reducing neonatal and under-five mortality rates in its areas of operation, bringing measurable change where it is needed most. As VPT continues its journey, its footprint grows, reaching more underserved communities with quality healthcare. Through the dedication of its workforce and the expansion of its services, VPT remains committed to improving the lives of those who need it most—turning despair into hope, one mother and one child at a time
